From here, you’ll board a speedboat and begin your journey toward Can Gio Mangrove Forest, enjoying a unique perspective of Vietnam’s ever-changing landscape — from modern skyscrapers and bustling commercial districts to peaceful riverside villages and quiet rural life.

As the speedboat cruises along the river, relax with light pastries, fresh tropical fruits, and mineral water while taking in the tranquil scenery. The waterway is dotted with local boats, traditional village houses, and lush vegetation. Throughout the ride, your knowledgeable guide will share engaging insights into the daily lives of riverside communities and the rich natural environment surrounding you.

8:30 AM – You’ll stop at a lively local riverside market filled with seasonal fruits, vegetables, spices, seafood, and regional specialties. Take time to wander through the market, observe local trading activities, and soak up the authentic atmosphere before continuing your boat journey toward Can Gio. Along the way, notice the gradual transformation of vegetation as the water shifts from freshwater to brackish, a defining feature of this unique ecosystem.

10:30 AM – You’ll visit the Reserve Bats Lagoon, where you’ll board a traditional sampan boat to explore the bat swamp and admire the dense mangrove forest. This peaceful excursion offers a closer look at the area’s diverse flora and wildlife in a serene natural setting.

Afterward, continue cruising by river toward Vam Sat Eco Park, surrounded by pristine mangrove landscapes.

12:00 PM – Upon arrival at Vam Sat Eco Park, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at Vam Sat Restaurant, set amid the lush greenery of the mangrove forest.

After lunch, you’ll explore the crocodile reserve and have the opportunity to try crocodile angling. Along the forest paths, keep an eye out for wild monkeys, which often appear near the roadside and may even approach for feeding.

Next, head to the nearby bird reserve. Climb the birdwatching tower to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the vast Vam Sat mangrove forest. During the nesting season from May to October, you’ll have the chance to observe a variety of wild birds in their natural habitat, offering a truly memorable wildlife experience.

3:00 PM – You’ll say goodbye to Can Gio and begin the return journey by speedboat back to Ho Chi Minh City.

4:30 PM – Arrive back at the pier and transfer to your hotel, concluding a full day of nature, wildlife, and cultural discovery.

📌 Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your tour 2 days in advance, a 30% fee will apply. Cancellations made 1 day before the tour will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. In the event of extreme weather, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund. Please note that on public holidays, any date change or cancellation will incur 100% of the tour fee.

👨‍👩‍👧 Children Policy

1. Children aged 3 and under: Free of charge. Parents are responsible for their care, meals, and any applicable entrance fees. Only 1 child under 3 per 2 accompanying adults is allowed. A second child (and onwards) will be charged 50% of the tour price.

2. Children aged 4–8 years old: Charged 75% of the adult tour price. Includes separate meals, shared accommodation with parents, and sightseeing tickets.

3. Children aged 9 and above: Charged at the full adult tour price.
