Before the massage began, I received a consultation where the staff explained the techniques used in neck and shoulder therapy, the products involved, as well as promotions and their service policies. The therapist also asked me about my physical condition and specific concerns to tailor the massage technique to my needs. I felt that they genuinely cared about providing the right treatment for me.

I was guided to a private massage room and provided with personal hygiene items, a robe, towel, and indoor slippers. After changing, I laid down on the massage bed, comfortably covered with a towel.

The therapist then began the treatment, using the chosen technique. The session lasted between 30 to 60 minutes depending on your preference. During the massage, I experienced a combination of herbal steam therapy, deep acupressure on the neck and shoulders, and skillful massage techniques that helped release tension and improve circulation.
