We’ll kick things off with a Michelin-recommended favorite: Bò Lá Lốt – Smoky, tender, juicy grilled beef wrapped in betel leaf, served with fresh herbs and dipping sauce. Next up is a tasting of two Southern icons, the crispy Bánh Xèo and bite-sized Bánh Khọt, golden pancakes filled with shrimp or pork and paired with fresh herbs. Both are served with herbs and dipping sauce for that perfect balance of crunch and freshness.
From there, we weave through hidden alleyways and old apartment blocks, discovering Saigon’s authentic charm before stopping at the bustling night flower market.
