Have you ever discovered a café that truly captures the charm of old Saigon? Tucked away in District 3, right opposite the War Remnants Museum, there’s a beautiful and nostalgic spot you must visit—Saigon Corner.
A Café That Feels Like Stepping Back in Time
As soon as you walk through the gate, you’ll be greeted by a vintage car and a peaceful outdoor seating area filled with fresh air and natural light. At the heart of the garden is a fountain that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch, making it an ideal spot to unwind, chat with friends, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with your coffee.

The café is spacious, with plenty of seating both indoors and out. While only the ground floor and first floor are currently open for service, I had a great chat with one of the staff who shared that the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are still under renovation. Once completed, they plan to open bars and cocktail lounges on the upper floors in the afternoons and evenings—making this spot even more exciting!
Coffee, Food & Live Music
Right now, Saigon Corner serves coffee and meals throughout the day—from breakfast to dinner. On Saturday nights, they usually host a live band, which adds to the nostalgic atmosphere. It’s a beautiful blend of the old and the new.

I ordered a cup of Bạc Xỉu (white milk coffee) for just 39,000 VND, and it was both delicious and reasonably priced. The menu is quite diverse, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

Designed With a Soul of Old Saigon
Though the exterior has a modern look, the interior decor is what truly sets this café apart. Every detail—from the color palette to the vintage items—evokes the feeling of Saigon in 1975, when it was known as the “Pearl of the Far East.” Whether you’re a local looking to reminisce or a traveler seeking an authentic vibe, this café offers a meaningful and immersive experience.
