- Service Hours: 24/7 (Daytime: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM | Nighttime: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Pickup locations: Shuttle service is available to hotels located in central Ho Chi Minh City, including the districts of Tan Binh, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh, and Districts 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10.
- For international arrivals, please proceed to pillar number 10 outside the terminal for pick-up.
Notes:
Tet Holiday Surcharge (Lunar New Year):
- Applicable Period: From the 27th day of the 12th lunar month to the 6th day of the 1st lunar month.
- Charge: 100% surcharge on the standard fare (total fare will be doubled).
Public Holiday Surcharge:
- Applicable Dates: January 1 (New Year’s Day), April 30 (Reunification Day), and May 1 (International Labor Day).
- Charge: 20% surcharge on the standard fare.
Late-Night Pickup Surcharge:
- Applicable Time: For pickups scheduled between 22:00 and 06:00.
- Charge: A fixed additional fee
