📌 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, and changes within that time frame cannot be accepted. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled, and a full refund will be offered.

👨‍👩‍👧 Children Policy

1. Children aged 3 and under: Free of charge. Parents are responsible for their care, meals, and any applicable entrance fees. Only 1 child under 3 per 2 accompanying adults is allowed. A second child (and onwards) will be charged 50% of the tour price.

2. Children aged 4–8 years old: Charged 75% of the adult tour price. Includes separate meals, shared accommodation with parents, and sightseeing tickets.

3. Children aged 9 and above: Charged at the full adult tour price.

1. Is it safe to ride a motorbike in Saigon at night?

Yes! Safety is our top priority. All rides are operated by licensed, experienced local drivers, and we provide helmets, rain ponchos (if needed), and accident insurance. The tour is private, so your guide focuses entirely on your safety and comfort.

2. Do I need to know how to drive a scooter?

Not at all! You’ll ride as a passenger on the back of a motorbike, driven by your local guide. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

3. Can vegetarians or people with food allergies join the tour?

Absolutely! We can customize the menu to fit your dietary needs. Please let us know in advance if you are vegetarian, vegan, or have any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we’ll adjust the stops accordingly.

4. How many people are on the tour?

This is a private tour, so it’s just you and your group — no strangers. It’s perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a personalized and safe experience.

5. What should I wear on the tour?

Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes (like sneakers). Avoid skirts or sandals if possible. We’ll provide helmets and rain ponchos if the weather turns.

6. What if it rains?

The tour still runs in light rain — we provide rain ponchos for free. In the case of heavy storms, we can reschedule or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.

7. Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?

Yes! We offer free hotel pick-up and drop-off in Districts 1, 3, and 4. If you’re staying outside these areas, we can meet you at the Saigon Opera House, or arrange hotel pick-up for $5 USD extra.

8. How much food is included? Will I be full?

You’ll taste 9+ dishes, including a full dessert and multiple drinks. Most guests say they are more than full by the end! Come hungry and ready to try a variety of local flavors.

9. Can I book this tour for a group or special occasion?

Definitely! We’re happy to host small private groups, couples, families, or even birthday celebrations. Just let us know in advance so we can make it special!
