Depending on water and traffic conditions, we will either cross the Cẩm Kim Bridge or take a short local ferry ride, offering beautiful views along the way.

  • Learn the cultural importance of rice wine in festivals and daily life

  • Taste a small sample of freshly distilled wine (optional, but fun!)

5. Make Mi Quang & Rice Paper (Hands-On Cooking Experience)

We visit a warm local family to discover the secrets of Central Vietnam’s iconic foods:
Mi Quang & Rice Paper.
You’ll experience:

  • The process of soaking, grinding, steaming, and shaping rice into thin paper

  • A chance to spread the rice batter yourself

  • Learning to prepare Mi Quang with turmeric noodles, herbs, pork or shrimp, peanuts, and crispy crackers

  • Enjoying the dish you helped make!

This is one of the highlights of the tour.

6. River Cruise on the Thu Bon River

After our village activities, we cycle to the riverbank, where a traditional wooden boat is waiting.
As we cruise along the Thu Bon River, enjoy:

  • Cool breezes

  • Peaceful scenery

  • A slow, relaxing drift through Hoi An’s countryside

The perfect moment to unwind and reflect.

7. Local Meal in the Old Town
